Sage Intacct Nonprofit Consulting Manager

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Sage Intacct Nonprofit consultant to join our Sage Intacct practice to help lead our team and growth. The RSM Business Applications practice is hiring a Sage Intacct Manager. As a Sage Intacct Manager, you will work with various sized businesses in the nonprofit industry with direct access to business owners, manage client engagements, lead implementations, and support ongoing projects. Responsibilities Provide proficient knowledge and capabilities in the Sage Intacct Nonprofit application, including functional configuration, business processes, and technical architecture. Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assess customers' met and unmet needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm. Identify client business pains, needs, and requirements, and document in the form of project specifications and deliverables. Manage client engagements and relationships; lead and/or participate in client sales, demonstrations, and implementations. Perform fit/gap analysis, process design, solution design, system testing, unit testing, guide user acceptance testing (UAT), support user adoption, training, and go‑live activities. Provide day‑to‑day technical application support for client companies. Work with RSM and clients to provide project management, change management, scope management, project status reporting, and communicate issues and risks. Perform dashboard and report design. Opportunistically pursue additional business development opportunities within clients. Collaborate with sales to ensure opportunities are effectively covered and advanced. Work closely with clients in configuration and migration to new systems. Perform and manage solution integration with Marketplace Partners and other solutions. Manage, mentor, lead, and develop direct report staff and other team members on projects. Assist with other project‑based initiatives on an ad‑hoc basis, including quality control review and technology/process optimization of the current client base. Optimize use of Sage Intacct system through business process evaluation, procedure development, system process flow and requirements, QA planning and testing, and documentation related to SOPs. User training development and deployment; production support for problems and enhancements from quarterly product releases. Provide technical support to end‑users to resolve issues with Sage Intacct use, including escalation through proper channels within RSM and Sage Intacct support. Perform other duties/projects as required. Basic Qualifications 10+ years of relevant industry and consulting experience. Experience configuring and designing Sage Intacct for different micro‑verticals including Associations, Human & Community Services, Philanthropy & Grantmaking Foundations, Healthcare & Behavioral Health, Faith‑based & Religious Organizations, Education, International NGOs & Humanitarian, and Arts, Culture & Humanities. Experience with Sage Intacct Nonprofit capabilities including Grants Tracking and Billing, Spend Management, Nonprofit Revenue Recognition, Advanced CRM Integration for Nonprofits, Nonprofit Digital Board Book, Mateo Savings & Loans. Experience integrating common third‑party solutions such as BILL, MineralTree, Nimble, iMIS, Martus, Solver, Adaptive, DataBlend, DonorPerfect, Fluxx, Kanso, FACTS. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance, MIS, IT or Computer Science). Sage Intacct certifications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills, including MS Office. Ability to work as an effective member of a team. Willingness to travel. Experience in additional industries such as Healthcare, Construction, Professional Services, or Financial Services a plus. CPA a plus. Compensation Compensation Range: $107,000 - $214,500. Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
