Physical Therapy Assistant, PRN

Role: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Home Health Responsibilities Provide personalized, high-quality physical therapy services in patients' homes under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist with therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, transfers, and functional mobility. Support patient education on exercises, safety, and assistive devices. Monitor patient progress, document accurately, and communicate effectively with care teams. Collaborate with nurses and therapists to ensure coordinated care and participate in team meetings and training.
