Resident Services Coordinator

BLT is seeking an experienced and dynamic  Resident Services Coordinator  to join our luxury community located in Norwalk, CT. Primarily responsible for managing customer support, the Resident Services Coordinator builds a successful team of associates and staff members dedicated to achieving the community’s resident retention and customer service goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Resident Services Coordinator :

• Achieves the community’s resident satisfaction and retention goals by ensuring resident inquiries are resolved in a professional and timely manner.
• Facilitates professional and friendly atmosphere that exceeds resident expectations.
• Develop, produce, and coordinate resident communications including but not limited to newsletters, surveys, and lease violation notices.
• Fosters productive community relationships through collaboration with local groups, restaurants, retailers, and services. 
• Coordinate programs to enhance the health, wellbeing, and quality of life for residents. 
• Plan, promote and coordinate community-boosting resident events and activities. Offer incentives to boost participation and encourage residents to bring guests.
• Identify strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of customer service.
• Ensures initiatives are implemented, communicates follow-up actions and feedback with staff.
• Monitors and enforces compliance with all pertinent company policies, procedures, and standards. Reporting all incidents, violations, equipment malfunctions, accidents, injuries, or safety concerns. Implements corrective measures as necessary.

Qualifications / Skills Required for the position of Resident Services Coordinator

• 2+ years of experience in resident services, property management, hospitality, customer service, or a related field
• Commitment to deliver outstanding customer service
• Flexible team player with good supervisory and problem-solving skills
• Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• High school diploma or GED, College education preferred
