Twin Oaks Rehab and Nursing, a leading skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Danvers, MA, is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Dietary Cook to join our team. As a key member of our Dietary Services department, you will play a crucial role in providing residents with delicious, nutritious meals while creating a positive dining experience. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve meals in accordance with approved menus, standardized recipes, and portion guidelines Maintain kitchen inventory, assist with ordering food and supplies, and ensure work areas remain clean and well-organized Work alongside the dietary staff to prepare meals for special occasions, themed events, and holiday celebrations Accurately document food production, inventory usage, and waste to support efficient kitchen operations Follow all food safety procedures, sanitation guidelines, and resident dietary requirements to ensure compliance and quality Requirements: Previous cooking experience in a healthcare, long-term care, restaurant, or hospitality setting preferred Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as needed Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team What We Offer: Supportive and Collaborative Workplace Opportunities for Training, Advancement, and Career Development #J-18808-Ljbffr Twin Oaks Rehab
