Offset Press Operator – Morrisville, NC Location: Morrisville, NC Schedule: Full‑time, Onsite Pay & Benefits: Competitive pay + full benefits package What You’ll Do Set up and run offset press equipment to meet production goals and quality standards. Review job tickets, verify materials, and prepare presses for efficient operation. Troubleshoot printing, mechanical, and color‑related issues. Inspect printed sheets and ensure alignment with proofs, die lines, and color requirements. Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic press repairs. Record time, materials, and production data accurately in the MIS system. Maintain safe operations and follow all SOPs, ISO standards, and company policies. What You’ll Bring High School diploma or equivalent. 4+ years of offset printing experience, or 2+ years directly operating an offset press. Hands‑on experience with 40” multi‑color offset press equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with press tools (micrometers, refractometers, torque wrenches, etc.). Ability to produce high‑quality prints with strong attention to detail. Problem‑solving skills and comfort working in fast‑paced manufacturing environments. Basic computer skills and ability to use MIS systems. How You Will Be Successful Passion for Cards: Produce exceptional quality prints that meet strict brand standards.
