Lead Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the front-line of our company, providing high-quality customer service and leading our sales staff. You will be responsible for maintaining store appearance, introducing additional buying opportunities to customers, and ensuring a positive customer experience. We value forward-thinking and the ability to coach a team on best selling practices. Knowledge of automotive parts is helpful but not required. Responsibilities

• Front counter staffing while delivering high level of customer service
• System entry of customer data, part sale data and warranty information
• Maintaining store appearance and introducing additional buying opportunities to customers
• Coaching team on selling practices and customer service
• Performing opening and closing duties
• Providing support and leadership to sales staff

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficient in verbal and written English language
• Bilingual is preferred, but not required
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers and management
• Ability to multi-task, be attentive to customers and remain flexible to the needs of the business
• Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing throughout the day

Compensation

• This position pays $20.00 - $21.00 / hour with added bonus program earnings 
• Full-time hours - including weekends
