General Dentist Locum Tenens Opportunity in Pikeville, KY
We are seeking a Dentistry (Dentist (DMD/DDS)) for a locum tenens opportunity in Pikeville, KY. This position allows a dentist to practice comprehensive general dentistry supported by a clinical team and a steady patient workflow. The ideal candidate is comfortable with surgical extractions, denture steps, crown and bridge, comprehensive treatment planning, and values collaboration in the workplace.
Dates: Sept 24, Oct 1-2
Schedule: Thur 9a-7p 1 hr lunch, Fri 8a-1p no lunch
Pay Range: Starting at $125/hour
Clinical Scope
- Surgical extractions, Denture steps, Crown & Bridge, Comprehensive treatment planning
- Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth.
Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment.
Support Staff
- 4 DAs 1 hygienist
Requirements
- Active Kentucky dental license
- Active DEA with all schedules
- CSR if required by the state
- Experience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred
