Aventura at Assumption Village, in North Lima, OH, is Now Hiring PRN State Tested Nursing Aides (STNAs)!

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated State-Tested Nurse Aides (STNAs) / Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As an STNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, assisting residents with activities of daily living, and supporting the healthcare team to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
Available Shifts: Per Diem

Benefits :
Pay Rate: $17-$19.50 based on experience
Shift differentials for afternoon ($1.50) and midnight shift ($3.00)

Requirements for State Tested Nurse Aides (STNAs):
Active State Tested Nurse Aides (STNAs) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or in the process of scheduling/taking the state STNA exam
Graduated from a CNA training program
A passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Key Duties Include:
Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.
Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions.
Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.
