Description

Cragun's Resort on beautiful Gull Lake is on the lookout for passionate and skilled Bartenders ready to elevate our dining experiences to new heights! If you're an experienced Bartender eager for an exhilarating new chapter with a legendary team backing you, this is your chance to shine as part of our dynamic crew!

In this role :

You'll have the chance to showcase your mixology skills while engaging with our amazing customers in a lively atmosphere. From shaking up signature drinks to serving up the favorite classics, you'll be at the heart of the action! You'll not only craft delightful cocktails but also play a vital part in making our guests feel at home. You'll have the chance to listen to their stories, celebrate their special moments, and create a friendly environment where everyone feels valued.

Requirements

Craft amazing classic and specialty cocktails with flair and precision.
Serve our guests with friendly, attentive service that keeps them coming back for more!
Immerse yourself in a world of spirits, beer, wine, and innovative cocktail techniques.
Keep our bar sparkling clean and organized, creating an inviting atmosphere.
Verify IDs and stay sharp on state laws and company alcohol policies to ensure everyone has a great time safely.
Collaborate with an awesome team to maintain a positive vibe for both guests and coworkers
A calm and collected demeanor in the fast-paced bar scene-when the action heats up, you thrive!
Great attention to detail, superb organization, and clear communication skills.
The ability to juggle multiple tasks like a pro-every shift is a new adventure!
Willingness to stay on your feet and keep moving, bringing energy to every moment.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the fun never stops!
Must be at least 21+ years of age and have a minimum of 2 years of experience to ensure we can continue to deliver the high-quality service our guests deserve.
