Senior / Staff Systems Engineer -

New Jersey | Full Time | Hybrid

We're partnering with a fast growing robotics company building autonomous systems for real world deployment.
This is a high ownership role focused on

system architecture, integration, safety, reliability, and validation

across hardware, software, autonomy, and operations.
What You'll Do

Own end to end system architecture, requirements, and interfaces
Drive technical tradeoffs across performance, reliability, cost, and manufacturability
Lead safety, hazard analysis, FMEA, and risk management
Own system validation, field testing, and performance metrics
Analyze real world data to identify and solve system level issues
Work across robotics, hardware, software, controls, and manufacturing
What We're Looking For

8+ years of experience building complex systems
Strong systems architecture and requirements experience
Experience validating products in real world or field environments
Hands on FMEA, hazard analysis, or safety critical systems experience
Technical depth in robotics, embedded, controls, electronics, software, mechatronics, or mechanical systems
Strong first principles thinking and high ownership
Ideal backgrounds:

Robotics, autonomous vehicles, aerospace, defense, automotive, medical devices, or industrial automation.
