Description Conduct financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking. Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support. Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews. Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements. Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures. Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting. Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives. Profile A successful FP&A Analyst should have: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 2+ years of FP&A experience. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills. Knowledge of financial forecasting, diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis. Sound understanding of Accounting and Finance principles.
