You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the quality control process and implementing strategies to improve overall product quality and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, permanent position with room for growth and advancement within the company.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure consistent product quality- Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations- Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures- Develop and maintain quality documentation and reports- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve the quality control process- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met- Manage and mentor a team of quality control technicians and inspectorsQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, quality management, or business administration- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Six Sigma or Lean certification is a plusLocation: Detroit, MI
