Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care that promotes independence, dignity, and comfort.Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team. The Caregiver will provide essential in-home care services, assisting clients with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship to ensure their safety and well-being.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.Observe and report changes in clients’ physical and mental health to the care coordinator or supervisor.Engage clients in meaningful activities, such as conversation, games, or outings, to promote emotional well-being.Perform light housekeeping tasks, including meal preparation, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.Assist clients with medication schedules as per care plans (non-administrative).Accompany clients to appointments or errands, if needed, ensuring safe and reliable transport.Maintain accurate records of care provided, including daily activities and observations, in compliance with company policies.Work closely with family members, healthcare professionals, and the Boca General Home Care team to ensure coordinated care.QualificationsValid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state of Florida.Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient demeanor.Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients with mobility (up to 50 lbs), and perform physical tasks as needed.Must pass a Level 2 background screening as required by Florida state regulations.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.Work EnvironmentWork primarily takes place in clients’ homes within the Boca Raton area.Flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on client needs.Part-time and full-time positions available with opportunities for overtime.BenefitsCompetitive hourly wages based on experience and qualifications.Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Supportive team environment with access to care coordinators and supervisors.
