AM shift, 5 × 8-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist for a float position, with responsibilities split evenly between our Ashburn and South Riding locations. This role is open to new graduates, though we prefer candidates with at least 1 year of experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients, primarily focusing on adults, geriatric, and adolescent age groups.
• Perform a variety of assessments, including Fall Risk Assessments.
• Provide therapy for conditions including but not limited to Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Back Pain, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, and Total Joint Replacement care.
• Maintain a high level of productivity with more than 12 patient visits per day.
• Utilize NextGen EHR for documentation and patient management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Virginia.
• Preferred 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting, open to new grads.
• Familiarity with orthopedic conditions and treatment interventions.
