Our programs are designed to improve your life at work and at home. $1000 sign on bonus with 1 year Auto Sales Experience after 90 days Annual Earning Potential $60,000-$100,000+ Bi-Weekly Base Salary plus Monthly Commission Paid Training Sales Recognition Program Start earning PTO on your 1st day of employment 401(K) andprofit sharing Excellent Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Paid Maternity & Paternity after one year of employment Responsibilities Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons Requirements One year of Sales Experience (Any) Industry Able to work Monday through Saturday (Tuesday or Wednesdays OFF) and every other Sunday Be Goal-oriented, Energetic and outgoing 'people persons’ motivated to succeed Excellent communication, customer service skills, and follow-up skills A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance Passionate about sales and helping clientele.
