Agency scheduling generally occurs for every other weekend, with flexibility for holiday requests. The unit consists of 35 private patient rooms and has two nurse stations. There is a shift supervisor present, and the nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5-6 on night shift. Patient care technicians are available for each shift to assist with care. Candidates should possess the necessary licenses and certifications relevant to medical-surgical nursing. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting. Applicants should be prepared to provide quality care to a diverse patient population.
