Loan Processing Analyst II Location: Denver, CO (In-Office) Job Type: Full-Time Non-Exempt Salary: $26.93 - $35.10/HR (Actual offer will be based on experience, location, education, and/or skills) Applications should be submitted for consideration no later than 05/31/2026. What You’ll Do Review loan applications and credit memos to ensure completeness and resolve outstanding or potential issues. Collaborate with Credit Analysts and Lenders to coordinate required documents for commercial and consumer loans. Prepare accurate closing documents that protect the bank’s interests and align with regulatory and internal requirements. Monitor and execute compliance actions, including disclosures, right to cancel, and flood determinations. Order, review, and follow up on title commitments and policies; verify collateral documentation such as UCCs and deeds of trust. Stay current on applicable laws, regulations, and procedures related to loan documentation and processing. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or equivalent professional experience. 3–5 years of experience in loan operations or financial analytics. Knowledge of commercial and consumer loan documentation, including deeds of trust/mortgages, UCC filings, investment assets, and life insurance. Familiarity with regulatory compliance practices such as disclosures, right to cancel, and flood requirements. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word. Ability to clearly communicate across departments and collaborate with Credit Analysts and Lenders.
