Join a skilled nursing facility in Peoria, AZ as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Arizona state license or ability to obtain an active state license prior to the start of the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred. Preferred Qualifications Prior travel therapy experience is preferred. Experience treating geriatric populations and providing restorative programs preferred. Assignment Details Location: Peoria, AZ.
