MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Monday – Friday

8:00 am – until job is complete

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour, DOE

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Conduct inspections and tests to identify and resolve issues before failure.
• Collaborate with production staff to address equipment malfunctions and improve performance.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records, including tasks performed, parts used, and future recommendations.
• Comply with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Follow workplace safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment, including proper tool and equipment storage.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance or related experience.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
