Gym Team Members! Hiring Now Full Time & Part Time

Overview Anytime Fitness clubs in Westchester County are hiring full-time and part-time gym team members including club managers, personal trainers, and membership sales talent. We are adding to the team the best-of-the-best gym membership managers and certified coaches/trainers. Part time or full time available for the right person, plus opportunities to earn additional commissions. Assistant or full Gym Manager with 1+ years experience in managing fitness centers; must live locally (30 Minute Radius). Personal Training Certification + experience is strongly preferred. Must be available to work weekends (at least 1 full weekend day), evenings (until 9pm potentially) and holidays (we are a 24/7 access facility). Must have your own reliable car and be 18+ years of age. This is not a seasonal position. Responsibilities Exceptional customer service at the club (i.e., handling prospective members, members' needs, billing, security, etc.). Managing facility with top-notch cleaning and organizational skills. Managing emails and/or daily ongoing marketing + communications (phone, text, Club-Os). Sales of Membership and Personal Training (ideal for those certified in training). Clerical office work (i.e., CRM database, some filing, payment tracking/billing). Positive and friendly attitude. MUST be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in managing fitness centers or similar leadership roles (for assistant or full Gym Manager). Personal Training Certification plus experience is strongly preferred (or willing to obtain). Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Must have own reliable car and be 18+ years of age. Spanish language skills preferred. Hours, Compensation & Perks Compensation and hours will be based on experience, certifications/background and availability.
