Endocrinology, Endocrinologist Opportunity Available with Growing Practice in the Pacific Northwest

Job Description

We’re looking for a BC/BE Endocrinologist to join our expanding department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for general outpatient medicine. New graduates are welcome to apply. The department consists of seven physicians and two nurse practitioners. We have an established referral network with excellent collaboration between primary care and specialty care.

Additional details:
• Mostly outpatient practice with minimal inpatient consults
• Call shared among physicians - typically one month at a time
• Full-time with option to work 4 or 5 days per week (0.8 – 1.0 FTE)
• Flexibility to travel to our other clinic locations required
• Active involvement in education of medical students and residents with opportunities to be involved in clinical research
• Excellent support staff of MAs, RNs and CDEs
• Compensation is a production model
• New clinicians have a 1-year guarantee between $285,000 and $317,000 (for 1.0 FTE) with upside earning potential.
• Up to $35,000 starting bonus
• Two-year partnership track position with a reasonable buy-in
