Position Summary State of Location: South Carolina As an outpatient orthopedic clinician, you will work with patients of varying ages and diagnoses, tailored to each clinic’s specialty. Our treatment sessions are individualized, ensuring a patient‑centered focus and approach. Job Location Rock Hill, SC Lake Wylie, SC Position Overview Licensed Physical Therapist (Full‑time, Outpatient) Role responsibilities include providing individualized physical therapy treatment sessions in an outpatient orthopedic setting. You will assess patient conditions, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and monitor progress to achieve optimal outcomes. Compensation Base salary range: $80,000 – $95,000 per year. Bonus potential: up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually) through a clinician bonus plan. Additional benefits: welcome bonus or student loan repayment (up to $10,000) for qualifying opportunities. All benefits begin within the first 30 days of employment. What We Look For Licensed or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state. Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Eager to grow, learn, and pursue specialties outside standard orthopedics (e.g., sports, pelvic, vestibular, pediatrics, neuro, geriatrics). Team player who collaborates effectively with multidisciplinary staff.
