Manager, Off-Premise & Third-Party Delivery

A growing multi‑unit restaurant brand is seeking a Manager, Off‑Premise & Third‑Party Delivery to lead and optimize its delivery, catering, and digital ordering channels. This role sits at the intersection of restaurant operations, digital commerce, analytics, and partner management, with responsibility for driving growth across third‑party delivery marketplaces and catering platforms. The ideal candidate understands both the strategic and operational aspects of off‑premise dining, combining strong analytical skills with hands‑on knowledge of delivery execution, marketplace management, and guest experience. This individual will work cross‑functionally with Operations, Marketing, Technology, Finance, and external partners to enhance performance and ensure a seamless customer experience across all digital ordering channels.
