ELL Teacher – Marguerite E. Small Elementary School Location: West Yarmouth, Massachusetts Compensation Per the Collective Bargaining Agreement located on the DY website . Responsibilities Ability to make a positive impact on student achievement by supporting teachers in their efforts to maximize effectiveness of their instructional practice through the integration of technology. Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with administrators, teachers, and other staff to strengthen all aspects of the instructional program. Perform relevant professional tasks or duties as may be assigned by the building Principal and/or his designee per the DYEA collective bargaining agreement. Excellent communication skills. Qualifications MA DESE English as a Second Language required. Master's Degree preferred. Current and proficient in using new instructional technologies, knowledge of their use in the classroom, and willingness to learn additional instructional technologies. Ability to work cooperatively with students, teachers, parents, and administrators. At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred. Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
