Become a part of the “strength within.” Hexcel is currently seeking a Manufacturing Systems Analyst for our Casa Grande, AZ, USA location. A successful manufacturing systems analyst will be responsible for supporting, optimizing, and improving the systems and technology used in a manufacturing environment. The role will serve as a bridge between manufacturing operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, and IT.The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:Update, maintain, and consistently apply established ERP system standards to facilitate costing, planning and execution of manufacturing operations including but not limited to: bills of material, labor standards, equipment standards, scheduling of resources, change management updatesUpdate, maintain, and consistently apply already established procedures for routing instructions related to change management.Provide technical support for other departments related to ERP and supporting systems including but not limited to: investigations, reporting, updating / coordinating, capacity analysis, SMOG/inventory managementDevelop Bills of Materials (BOM), process routings and PN configurations to meet customer expectations, considering safety, cost, quality, on-time performance, and inventory managementAnalyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and accuracy.Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.Develop system enhancements that reduce manual work and improve data integrity.Qualifications:B.S. or B.A. from a four-year college or university preferred. Minimum of one year of experience required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Experience with and knowledge of the following items is strongly preferred:Site database design, installation, and administrationObject-oriented design and programmingMicrosoft standard suite of productsMicrosoft Dynamics AX or similar MRP systemMicrosoft PowerBIVelocity or similar MES systemApriso or similar MES systemSharePointAdvanced Excel capabilityWorking knowledge of VBA Ability to perform systems analysis and design, data analysis, programming and debugging.
