As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at SSP, you will support the Restaurant General Manager in leading daily Food & Beverage operations. You’ll supervise front and back-of-house teams, uphold brand and safety standards, and ensure outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, inventory, cash handling, and maintaining food safety and cleanliness. You will analyze sales and performance metrics, resolve guest issues, and help drive revenue and cost control while modeling Smiths Detection’s culture of safety, collaboration, and operational excellence.
