Role & responsibilities Job Profile Handle end-to-end recruitment assignments. Understand client requirements and identify suitable talent. Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, databases, references and networking. Screen and evaluate candidates. Conduct initial candidate discussions. Present shortlisted candidates to clients. Coordinate interviews and obtain feedback. Manage candidate engagement, offer negotiation and joining follow-up. Develop talent pools and competitor talent maps. Support Automotive, Manufacturing and Engineering hiring mandates. Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely reporting. Build long-term relationships with candidates and professionals. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience . Experience in Recruitment Consultancy / Executive Search / Staffing / Corporate Talent Acquisition preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good candidate sourcing and screening capability. Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand technical/functional requirements. Comfortable speaking with mid- and senior-level professionals. Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri and other sourcing platforms. Ability to work independently in a Work-From-Home environment. Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and online communication tools. An added advantage if you have: Automotive / Manufacturing / Engineering recruitment experience. Experience in Executive Search. Experience handling niche or leadership mandates. Experience in talent mapping or competitor mapping. Recruitment consultancy background.
