We're recruiting for an experienced Reliability Engineering Manager to join a leading food manufacturing facility in Ohio.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead reliability engineering, maintenance planning and continuous improvement initiatives, helping maximize equipment uptime, plant reliability and manufacturing performance.

What You'll Do

Lead the Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Planning and Stores teams
Develop maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and plant performance
Implement Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) and preventative maintenance programs
Lead major equipment overhauls and asset reliability improvement projects
Drive OEE, CMMS and condition monitoring analysis to improve asset performance
Support capital projects and Early Equipment Management (EEM)
Develop engineering training and multi-skilled maintenance programs
Partner with Operations, Quality and Safety to improve manufacturing performance
Manage relationships with OEMs, contractors and engineering service providers
Drive continuous improvement across maintenance and engineering functions

What We're Looking For

10+ years' engineering experience within manufacturing
7+ years' leadership or management experience
Strong background in reliability engineering and maintenance strategy
Experience implementing RCM, TPM, CBM and preventative maintenance programs
Experience using CMMS, OEE and asset performance systems
Food manufacturing experience is highly desirable
