Seasonal Grounds Worker

Once a part of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary's campus, the Cardinal Rigali Center in Shrewsbury, MO is today the headquarters and curia (governing body) for the Archdioceseof St. Louis. Job Summary On workdays between March 1 and October 31, seasonal grounds workers perform general maintenance of Catholic Cemeteries. Job Responsibilities Knowledge of all sections and equipment General Maintenance and Endowed Care work - Weed Eating - Picking up trash/branches/debris - Leaf Cleanup & Removal To be able to follow through on assignments Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Job Requirements • Must be of legal age to work and/or have permission of the parent Relationships Requirements • Ability to work with a team of other seasonal grounds employees • Ability to work with a team of Union, full-time grounds employees • Ability to take direction from Managing Director of Grounds & Facilities and Leads • Ability to be courteous to visitors to Catholic Cemeteries and direct them to office The Archdiocese of St. Louis is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
