Pay rates starting at $27.50 per hour plus overtime pay available after 40 worked hours per week. About The Role As a CDL Driver, you’ll not only drive our equipment, but you’ll also drive our success! You’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, on-time delivery of goods for our customers, running local routes that get you home daily. What you’ll do on a typical day Drive 53ft dry swing door tractor trailer in and around the site or on public roads Touch freight position Drive safely and adhere to all safety policies and practices Perform routine inspections Communicate effectively with dispatch 90% of the time will be in warehouse What you’ll need to succeed at GXO 6 months of Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) experience operating the same type of equipment needed for this position, or larger, in the last 3 years Must be at least 21 years old A current valid CDL A driver’s license and an acceptable MVR HAZMAT and TANKER endorsement is required It’d be great if you also have: High school diploma or equivalent Experience moving multiple types of trailers (tanks, vans, flatbeds) GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
