Guest Services Specialist

Guest Services Specialist Work Schedule: This is a full‑time, 100% FTE position. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with the possibility of rotating Saturday shifts. Hours may vary based on operational needs. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for general information for patients, visitors, and staff to provide a remarkable patient and family experience.
