Unencumbered LPN/LVN License in the state of employment or Multi-State license through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact where recognized./pp1 years of demonstrated experience/ppValid driver license with proof of insurance in applicable states/ppClear background screening/ppWorking knowledge of Nurse Practice Acts/ppValid and current CPR card/certificate with in person instructor led hands on skills check/ppClear Hep B Screening in applicable states/ppClear TB Screening in applicable states/ph3Key Competencies:/h3pThe ability to read and communicate in English both verbally and in writing./ph3Working Conditions/Equipment Use:/h3pWork is performed in the patients home - not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
