Paid Media Specialist

We are seeking a data-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok for our brand clients. You will be responsible for strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of paid campaigns to maximize ROAS. What You Will Do Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads accounts for multiple brand clients Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with client goals and budgets Create, test, and optimize ad creative, copy, and targeting Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to clients Stay current on platform updates and new advertising features Collaborate with creative team on high-converting ad assets What We Are Looking For 2+ years managing paid media campaigns at an agency or in-house Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance data Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications preferred Experience managing $50K+ monthly ad spend Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Nice to Have Experience with programmatic advertising platforms Knowledge of SEO and organic marketing strategies Experience with Shopify and ecommerce advertising Competitive salary + performance bonus Remote-friendly with optional Atlanta HQ access Health, dental, and vision insuranceUnlimited PTO $1,000 annual learning budget Access to AI marketing tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
