Director, Product Management

Oversee the product management function for energy storage product lines Create and implement strategies for product portfolio development and lifecycle management Gather market and customer trend knowledge for domestic and international product line architectures Direct justification for product development, improvement, or obsolescence based on product performance Drive definition and implementation of new product plans and development projects Promote collaboration among Product Management, Sales, Operations, PMO, and Engineering Implement product introduction strategies with Marketing Develop customer pricing and OEM distribution pricing strategies with sales leadership Attend industry trade shows and on-site customer visits to gather technology trend information Demonstrate thought leadership through conference speaking engagements, webinar interviews, technical papers, and other content Requirements Ability to motivate cross-functional teams and work effectively within a matrix organization Proven track record of leading teams Understanding of sales processes, strategy development, business case development, and market implementation Ability to present strategic initiatives to senior and executive leadership Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Excellent understanding of budgeting, P&L management, and product profitability analysis Ability to achieve objectives within budget constraints Professional demeanor with a collaborative, team-oriented approach Ability to effectively interface with internal and external stakeholders at all levels Ability to engage with customers while demonstrating a high level of technical competence Must be able and willing to work overtime Must be able and willing to be on-call Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in product management for energy storage, including product portfolio development, lifecycle management, and market strategy implementation.
