Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Craft and implement personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and interventions for each client, ensuring a tailored approach to their mental health journey.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated care.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as needed, ensuring a supportive and safe therapeutic environment.

• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes with meticulous detail, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups designed to enhance clients' coping skills and foster connection.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, with additional opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
