# Onsite Safety Manager**Coreslab Structures (TX) Inc.** is now accepting qualified applications for a full-time Onsite Safety Manager. This position will primarily be located in Haskell TX with a duration of 5 months.**Position overview:**We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Safety Manager to oversee safety operations for a 5-month project in Haskell TX. This is a full-time, onsite role responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.**Pay rate:** $40/hour**Per Diem:** 160/day**Duties and Responsibilities:**Identify and asses potential safety hazards on the jobsiteEnforce safety policies and procedures to ensure complianceTake immediate corrective action when safety issues ariseOversee and support safe practices related to lift planning, rigging, and repetitive motion tasksConduct safety meetings, inspections, and auditsMaintain proper documentation and reporting of safety activitiesCollaborate with project management to ensure safety standards are met throughout the project**Skills and Knowledge:** Must submit current resume outlining certifications and relevant experienceResume and credentials are subject to review and approval by CTSValid OSHA 500 certificaitonAuthority and confidence to enforce safety protocols and corrective actionsCurrent certifications in First Aid, CPR and AED**Qualifications and Experience:**Holds an academic degree in safety or a CSP, ASP, or CHST designation Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Construction Safety Manager Strong ability to recognize and mitigate jobsite hazards Authority and confidence to enforce safety protocols and corrective actions Proven experience with lift planning, rigging and repetitive motion hazard management**Employment Type:** Full-time (project based), 10 hours a day, 60 hours a week**Physical Requirements:** Able to handle stressful situationsAble to work long hours when neededAbility to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workdayMust be able to bend stoop, kneel and crouch regularlyAbilty to work in various weatherMust wear PPE at all times including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and steel to bootsMust be able to respond quickly in emergency situations**Application Process:** Please complete the application form to the rightCoreslab Structures (Texas) Inc. 15916 Anderson Mill Rd Cedar Park, TX 78613**Job Categories:** Safety**Job Types:** Full Time**Job Locations:** Austin.TX## Apply for this position #J-18808-Ljbffr
