- Support day-to-day product management activities for assigned laparoscopic surgery product lines.
- Partner with senior product leaders to maintain product information, competitive intelligence, and portfolio documentation.
- Conduct market research through customer interviews, field feedback, literature review, and competitive analysis to identify trends, needs, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze market data, sales performance, and customer insights to support product planning and decision-making.
- Assist in the development of product positioning, messaging, and internal launch materials for new products, line extensions, and portfolio updates.
- Create and maintain sales enablement tools such as product training materials, presentations, competitive comparison documents, FAQs, and selling aids.
- Provide product support to the sales organization by helping address product questions, preparing field communications, and supporting customer-facing education activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with sales, marketing communications, operations, customer service, regulatory, quality, and finance to support business objectives.
- Support product launches, promotions, trade shows, surgeon education events, and national or regional sales meetings as needed.
- Assist with forecasting, pricing analysis, and product lifecycle activities including line extensions, rationalization, and updates.
- Monitor competitive activity and communicate relevant insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Help ensure marketing materials and product claims align with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in product marketing, product management, sales support, market research, or a related commercial role; medical device or healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support field activities, customer research, and business meetings.
- Interest in surgical procedures, operating room environments, and minimally invasive technologies.
- Comfort working with sales teams and supporting customer-facing initiatives.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to execution.
- Ability to synthesize customer, market, and competitive information into clear recommendations.
- Collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced commercial organization.
