We are looking for a warm, patient, and reliable Early Learning Assistant to support our young students (ages 3–10) in building strong foundational skills in math and reading. Location: Kumon of Palma Ceia – Tampa, FL (33629) Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM Responsibilities Work closely with early learners (preschool–3rd grade) Guide students with worksheets, reading, and number recognition Support proper pencil grip and letter/number formation Encourage focus, independence, and confidence Assist with classroom organization and student flow Requirements Enjoy working with young children Patient, energetic, and attentive Strong communication skills Reliable and punctual (arrives a few minutes early) High school student (16+) or college student preferred What We Value Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and maintain structure A genuine interest in helping children learn and grow Start Immediate / Next week preferred If you are dependable, caring, and enjoy working with children, we’d love to hear from you!
