Sign Fabricator / Installer — Full Time
Advantage Graphics & Signs | Atlanta / Doraville Area
Pay: Based on experience

Have experience working for a sign company? Put your fabrication and installation skills to work at Advantage Graphics & Signs—a small company handling big projects.

We’re looking for a dependable, skilled sign professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, solves problems, and works well with a team.

What You’ll Do

• Fabricate and assemble a variety of commercial signs.
• Prepare layouts and production files.
• Install signs on drywall, wood, metal, brick, stone, and other surfaces.
• Paint sign components using rollers, brushes, and HVLP spray equipment.
• Operate shop equipment and use hand and power tools safely and accurately.
• Prepare signs for shipping, including building boxes and crates.
• Receive, stock, load, and move materials and finished signs.
• Help keep the shop, tools, equipment, and vehicles organized and maintained.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous sign company experience, with working knowledge of fabrication and installation.
• Strong measuring skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safe work.
• The ability to organize your work, follow project instructions, and solve practical problems.
• Roller, brush, and HVLP spray painting skills.
• Dependability, reliable transportation, and a good driving record.
• Ladder and lift installation experience is a plus.
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check.

Schedule and Benefits

• Full time: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Some projects require evening or weekend work.
• Paid holidays and 401(k), subject to eligibility requirements.
• Convenient location near I-285 and I-85, off Chamblee-Tucker Road.
