We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) Property & Casualty Licensed Sales Agent who is passionate about sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow a rewarding career. Compensation & Incentives: Base compensation up to $40,000* Uncapped commissions with potential earnings of $100,000+ annually Monthly and annual performance incentives totaling $20,000+ Paid training and clear career growth opportunities Schedule & Work Environment: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM First 6 months in-office (Plano, TX) for training and onboarding After 6 months: Hybrid agreed upon schedule After 12 months or upon reaching production goals: 100% remote option
