Are you a skilled Surgical First Assist looking for a rewarding opportunity? St. Lawrence Health is seeking full-time Advance Practice Providers to join our dynamic team! Position Details: Combine Surgical First Assist Operating Room duties with Medical Surgical Floor coverage Manage orders, admissions, discharges, and consults for General Surgery, OB/GYN, and Orthopedic patients Flexible shifts: choose between 4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts per week Daytime and evening coverage options available with call responsibilities Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation: $135,000-$150,000

• 5,000 Signing Bonus and up to $7,500 for relocation
• 1,000 for Licensing & Dues, $2,000 for CME's
