Electronics EngineerImmediate Need | Direct HireWebb City, MOUp to $87,000Why Work For Our Client?Nearly two centuries of stability — a legacy Joplin employer with deep roots dating back to 1906Currently expanding with a new $20.9M energetics facility, creating 100 new jobs in the areaCompetitive pay and benefits, including a performance-sharing program and generous PTOWork on high-impact projects supporting defense and aerospace technologyReal opportunities for growth and promotion as the company scales its Joplin operationsWhat You'll Do:Design battery electronics systems including voltage, temperature, and current telemetry, cell balancing, communication buses, and safety disconnect systemsPerform circuit design, analysis, simulation, and PCB layout for harsh-environment applications (vibration, shock, thermal cycling, corrosive atmospheres, radiation)Design measurement, analog signal conditioning, and A/D conversion circuits for battery parametersGenerate and maintain electronics engineering data deliverables (drawings, PCB packages, compliance matrices, FMEAs, test reports)Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for design, manufacturing, and test issuesMust-Have Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or related fieldKnowledge of analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog conversionExperience working with microcontrollers and serial communications protocolsExperience in schematic capture, circuit simulation, and PCB layoutExperience in development and maintenance of Engineering and Production documentationProficiency with Microsoft Office for data analysis, reduction, and presentationDemonstrated self-starter and schedule-drivenDemonstrated attention to detail through accuracy and completeness of information
