Requirements A graduate‑level psychological counseling‑related degree A license that is currently active in the state of Colorado PhD or PsyD Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Professional Counselor (LPC) Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT, MFTC) Social Worker Candidate (SWC) Licensed Social Worker (LSW) Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) Primary Responsibilities Provide counseling and therapy services to Colorado Women’s Center clients in person and online. Working in a caring profession is not easy; therefore, we make it a priority to prevent burnout so we can provide top‑notch client care, employment opportunities, and a TEAM‑oriented work culture that is supportive of all employees! You will have a team of Wellness Coordinators that will quickly provide you with a full client load, leaving any of the “selling” out of it. You will have a full Billing Team that will take care of all the financial aspects of client care, allowing you to build rapport with your clients and focus on what you love to do! And lastly, you will be a part of an incredible mission, surrounded by like‑minded practitioners and administration all striving to create a positive impact on the lives of women in our community and beyond. Please NOTE: This position starts hourly for new hires with the potential to transition to a salaried role. We offer a healthy stipend as you build your caseload and a competitive compensation model. Given the high demand for our services, we can provide our therapists with ample referrals, enabling them to quickly achieve a full client load. Regardless of whether our therapists are hourly or salaried, once a clinician builds a full caseload and becomes full‑time, they will qualify for benefits.
