Beckon is seeking an exemplary bar-chef & beverage professional to assist with the production of our cocktail program and participate in 4 x nightly dinner service. This position is first and foremost a culinarily savvy and hospitality-minded professional who loves service but also happens to be efficient, creative and knowledgeable behind the bar. Responsibilities of this position include:

- Assisting in the production of cocktails
- Full attention to the tasting menu, wine pairings and by the glass wine options, and the knowledge needed to speak confidently of them at all times.
- Participation in service as a bartender as well as host, as an assistant to the front servers, and ability to deliver menu courses with full description. A Jack of all trades.
- helping to maintain the no-alcohol and spirit-based bar pairing program
