The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with FMLA and licensure/certification requirements, and promoting a positive employee experience throughout the organization.### Essential Duties and Responsibilities* **Recruitment & Hiring:**+ Manage end-to-end recruitment efforts including job postings, attending job fairs, candidate screening.+ Partner with local high schools and colleges to develop relationships for talent recruitment* **Benefits Enrollment & Administration:**+ assist with new hire benefit enrollments and annual open enrollment processes.+ Serve as a point of contact for employee benefit inquiries and assist with resolving issues.+ Maintain accurate records and documentation related to benefits and payroll deductions.* **FMLA and Leave Administration:**+ Administer employee leaves of absence including FMLA, short-term disability, and other leave types.+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and hospital policies related to leave.* **Licensure & Certification Compliance:**+ Track and monitor licensure and certification requirements for hospital staff.+ Communicate with departments and individuals regarding upcoming renewals or lapses.+ Maintain records in accordance with regulatory and accreditation standards.* **General HR Support:**+ Assist in maintaining employee records and HRIS data integrity.+ Participate in employee relations efforts and support HR policies and procedures.+ Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee engagement.### Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)* Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.* 1+ years of experience in an HR role preferred* Knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including FMLA.* Familiarity with healthcare-related licensing and certification requirements is a plus.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.* Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.### Posted:Tuesday, January 6, 2026### Closing:Open until filled**Labette Health** 1902 S.
