We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bindery Operator for one or more of the following machines: Perfect Binder, Stitcher, Folder, Cutter. You'll be part of a talented group that collaborates to deliver world-class products to our customers. This role will handle small format products that require bindery work before they are packed and shipped to the client.

Shifts available: Monday - Wednesday 6:00 am - 6:00 pm OR Thursday - Saturday 6:00 am - 6:00 pm (36-hour work week consisting of three 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule that changes every 4 months. Position is overtime eligible.)

A variety of these traits will help land you this job if you have:

• a high school diploma or GED
• a two-year Technical or Trade School diploma
• three years' experience as a bindery operator, cutter, folder or booklet maker
• worked in a manufacturing environment for 2-5 years
• worked in a fast-paced mid-size company
• the ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis

On top of that you must:

• possess a thorough and organized approach to your work
• pay close attention to details on every project
• have basic computer skills, including Pace and Google Suite
• be self-motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to seek out customer and corporate needs
• plan, prioritize, coordinate, and manage your work
• complete projects accurately within deadlines, while meeting Company quality standards
• apply effective time management and self-management skills
• understand and maintain the confidential nature of the company, employee and customer information
• be flexible to change

In this position you'll:

• complete the job successfully and provide a quality product the customer will want to order again
• run the bindery equipment in a small format capacity
• run existing bindery equipment and be open to learning how to run new equipment
• troubleshoot production problems to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
• perform Quality Control (QC) procedures to meet Company standards
• perform basic maintenance of the bindery machines
• complete miscellaneous projects and various tasks as requested by management

Compensation Range: $33,883 - $36,560 annually

*Range reflects our good-faith assessment of our hiring range for this role based on market conditions, experience level, and internal equity considerations.
