The Coleman family has been selling and servicing cars in the Washington-Metropolitan, Bethesda, Clarksville areas since the 1950s. Pay is competitive with experienced candidate.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcess Retail and Wholesale Title workPrepare and submit out of state Title work via Title ServiceExamine vehicle title for accuracy and conformity to specified requirementsVerify acceptance of the title in the state for which it is filedConfirm accurate VIN number, odometer reading, and releases of liens and that titles contain no alterationsResolve titling issues through interaction with customers, dealers, and regulatory agenciesMaintain knowledge of current DMV regulations as they relate to vehicle titles and interpret titling regulations in each state for which the vehicles are processedRun outstanding title reports, review, and contact sellers regarding outstanding titlesPerform other duties as assigned by managementRequirementsAutomotive Motor Vehicle Processing: 2 yearsReynolds & Reynolds and CVR experience preferredStrong attention to detail is requiredAbility to work in a team-oriented, fast paced environmentUnderstand deadlines and respond with urgency to all tasksSchedule8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWork Location is at our Clarksville store
