Hiring Entry level Production workers with pay up to $23/hour. Responsibilities

• Grind and polish metal parts using hand grinders and power tools.
• Smooth rough edges and prepare parts for finishing and painting.
• Measure and cut metal to required lengths using a tape measure.
• Assist with basic fabrication tasks, including brake press operation and spot welding.
• Use hand and power tools to support production activities.
• Help in assembly, packaging, and paint departments as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.(Not Mandatory).
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Mechanical aptitude through work experience, schooling, or hobbies.
• Knowledge of grinding, fabrication, welding, or sheet metal work is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Shop class, welding, automotive, woodworking, or machine tool experience.
• Interest in learning fabrication and welding skills.
• Willingness to cross-train in multiple departments.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $22.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
