URGENT: Elder Care Provider Wanted - Compassionate Hindi Speaking Elder Care Provider Needed In Plano, Texas $20/Hour

We are seeking a full-time, live-out elder care provider who is proficient in Hindi & English to join our family in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will serve as a companion to our loved one and assist with administering medication, meal prep and personal care. Experience in providing elder care is essential, and a compassionate and patient demeanor is highly valued. The hourly rate for this position is $20.00, and we invite interested individuals to message us for further details. The primary responsibilities of the role include providing companionship (i.e. Hindi conversation, crafts, play cards) mobility & safety support, medication reminders, assisting with bathing as needed, light exercise/activity & prepping vegetarian meals with or for our loved one. We are looking for a caring individual who can engage in meaningful activities and provide the necessary support to enhance our loved one's quality of life. Requirements

• Fluent in Hindi (or Gujarati) and English
• Experience in elder care, or home care with references
• Valid Driver’s License
• Drive reliable personal vehicle for work commute
• Pass pre-employment background check
• Permanently authorized to work for any U.S. employer without restrictions
