The Athletic Director serves as the senior leader of Jupiter Christian School's athletic program for grades 2–12 and is responsible for the vision, strategy, management, and spiritual leadership of all athletic operations. This role carries full departmental ownership, including staffing, budgeting, compliance, scheduling, facilities, transportation, communication, and athletic culture. The Athletic Director must be a spiritually mature, mission-aligned leader who models Christ-centered character and excellence, serving as a Christian role model in accordance with Scripture (I Timothy 4:12; Luke 6:40) and the Conditions of Employment outlined in the JCS faculty contract.

Qualifications
Spiritual: Clear testimony of personal faith in Jesus Christ. Active membership and involvement in a local church. Alignment with the JCS Statement of Faith and mission.
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution (required). Master's degree in Athletic Administration, Sports Management, Coaching, Educational Leadership, or related field (preferred). C.A.A. or C.M.A.A. certification (preferred).
Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience in high school or collegiate athletic administration. Program leadership, event management, and staff supervision. Budget management and operational oversight. Strong communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills. Coaching experience strongly preferred.
